Cancellation Policy

Standard Terms

Within 24 hours prior to stay or no show, full amount will be charged, NO refund.
Outside of 24 hours 1 night as cancellation fee.

During school holidays and peak times.

Within 7 days prior to stay or no show, NO refund.
Outside of 7 days 1 night as cancellation fee.

Terms and conditions

​

$200 deposit Low Season.
$500 deposit High Season.

Balance due before arrival or on check in. Credit card charges apply.  Contact reception if you would like to pay the balance by electronic funds transfer to avoid credit card charges.

When checking in, photo ID and a $250 pre-authorisation on a credit card or a $250 cash bond is required.
